I've worked at Kaz kreol Beach lodge white river st.mary as a Front desk agent/receptionist, it a Beach front property with three different floors the 1st floor is walk out unto the beach, 2nd floor Beach front balcony and also the 3rd floor ocean view. My duties include: Greeting the guest, making reservations, answering phone calls ,responding to inquiries and emails about booking or day and night passes, bookingexcursions for the guest preparing reservationsfor the shift that im working and also checking the guest. At this resort we offer Beach access to the public at and additional cost,
