Currently, I work at Iberostar Hotel and Resort as a housekeeper. I’ve been there for just over three years. My responsibilities include: daily and deep cleaning ,dusting and polishing ,Vacuuming and mopping, Room tidying and organizing ,Silver polish
Etc . I love the lively and busy environment of Iberostar Hotel and Resort, and it’s helped me learn how to multitask and manage my time efficiently. Before working at Iberostar resort and hotel, I worked in call centre as a customer service representative for a year. This role helped me develop my customer service skills and become more comfortable in a team-oriented environment.
