Provided administrative support. Assisted with checking Claims bank for New Business. Performed secretarial duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, distributing mail, and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate department. Assisted with printing Motor Certificates, as requested. Assisted with printing renewal endorsements.
Processed incoming customer inquiries and questions. Assisted the customer directly by resolving the incident, redirecting the issue, or escalating the issue to the appropriate team.
Manage call monitoring for over 40 Engagement Specialists and provide actionable insights on a weekly basis through data reports in Microsoft Excel. Creating huddle and focus sessions to improve our Specialists on their overall performance every week in meeting the required KPI. Having calibration sessions to ensure all key departments are aligned, providing coaching and feedback whereas the ECs’ can coach their agents to improve while we monitor their improvements.
