Handling supplies, invoices, and preparing outgoing shipments, and receiving incoming shipments. Communicating with customers, suppliers, and other departments. Organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in.
Plan and perform preventive maintenance and inspections of fitness equipment. Transport, move, assemble, and install fitness equipment machines and accessories. Calibrate and test fitness equipment to meet manufacturer specifications and ensure optimal operation.
Provide positive, fast, and complete support resolutions to users via various access channels. Act with the customer in mind and be a supporter of the user community. Communicate effectively and exercise good judgment when interacting with customers
