Handle, incoming and outgoing interaction between customers via phone call, chat and email. My duties include but are not limited to help and customer access the accounts, finding their purchases, helping with said purchases, answering questions before purchases, etc.

Made it going. Phone calls to new and existing customers to upsell our product. Also cold call prospective customers to inform them of the benefits of our products and why do you need to subscribe to our service.

My housekeeping job entails me, cleaning, cabins, hotels, motels, pool area, common area, assembly area, provide turn down service, deep cleaning rooms, showers, toilets, Jacuzzis, hot tubs, making beds, clean in dishwasher and washing machine restocking mini fridge, kitchenette, and bathroom with necessities.

As a crewmember, I performed all position except managerial. I was a janitor I was a cashier. I was a Grill cook. I made hot and cold beverages. I made burgers I served meals, I clean the tables, ensure that our customers have everything they need while they are in our place of business.
