I have work in golf resort in Colorado as a server, I have worked in a american cruise line as a server, I have worked in Brazil as a waiter. I have worked in Brazil as a DishWasher. ● Serving, bussing and running the food with agility and paying attention to the details. ● Using POS system to take orders and put those orders in the system. ● Setting up and breaking down buffet lines for corporative groups from 200 up to 800 guests. ● Leading small teams in big plated events, coordinating the teams to serve and clear the tables using five stars standard.
● Hosting International guests in especial events. ● Take drink orders from guests from different cultures and different backgrounds. ● Delivering the orders applying 1 3 5 minutes rule. One minute to take the order, three minutes to deliver it and five minutes to check with the guest his satisfaction with the drink provided to him. ● Always provide excellent service and experience to the guest with a big smile and being extremely friendly. ● Ambassador of the WAYs (World at Your Service) Program for 2 contracts
