Overall for 3+ years working at various luxurious hotels in the United States. Knowledgeable professional with expertise in the restaurant and hotel industry. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations and improving operational efficiency. Provided extra room furniture, bedding, linen, and towels for guests with special needs. Replaced soiled towels and linen, vacuumed room carpets, and swept, scrubbed, waxed, and polished floors using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing and waxing machines in a 300+ room hotel.
